Human Resource Manager
At Illingworth-Kilgust, Christine helps guide the organization on a variety of daily human resource (HR) matters such as recruiting and onboarding strategies, managing compliance issues, facilitating employee development and engagement, maintaining good employee relations, developing training, and staying abreast of the latest employment laws. She functions as the key resource and advocate for employees and exemplifies the company’s culture and philosophy.
Christine is deeply committed to working in a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive manner which has helped her build lasting relationships with employees, upper management, and outside service companies. She is a hands-on manager who uses her coaching style at every level.
With more than 15 years of experience, Christine is a seasoned HR leader. Before shifting exclusively to HR roles, her career began in accounting which has equipped her with the ability to balance big picture thinking and strategic planning.
Christine earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration during her military service and also holds a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification. She frequently attends a wide range of professional seminars and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work Christine spends her free time with her family staying fit and enjoying the outdoors.
